We invite applications for the position of Auto Damage Insurance Claim Representative, where your attention to detail and empathy for clients will make a significant impact. In this pivotal role, you will manage first-party express claims concerning auto physical damage by meticulously screening losses, evaluating coverage exposures, and facilitating settlements. This role offers flexible work arrangements, with options for a hybrid model (two days in the office and three days remote) or fully remote based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage auto damage claims by evaluating coverage, assessing losses, and facilitating settlements.
  • Deliver timely and professional support to both customers and agents, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
  • Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written exchanges to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Optimize the use of preferred vendors for appraisals and repairs.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently, minimizing the risk of legal or regulatory complications.
  • Identify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate them for investigation as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree with up to 1 year of experience.
