Axiom Learning is looking for a highly motivated Performance Specialist to support K-12 schools in successfully implementing our transformative software products. Founded by Harvard alumni, Axiom has built tools that help students who struggle the most—particularly those with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, Executive Functioning Deficit, and other learning challenges. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to ensure our partner schools receive outstanding support and implementation guidance.
The Performance Specialist will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting K-12 school districts as they integrate Axiom’s software solutions into their educational programs. You will work closely with school administrators, educators, and internal teams to optimize software performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing student outcomes and helping schools maximize the impact of Axiom’s technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school districts during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for educators and school leaders to ensure effective adoption of Axiom’s software.
- Provide troubleshooting support and technical assistance to ensure smooth software operation.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop tailored implementation plans for each district.
- Monitor software usage and effectiveness, proactively identifying challenges and providing solutions.
- Gather feedback from school partners and work with the product team to enhance software features and usability.
- Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and IT teams to ensure long-term success.
- Document training sessions, user concerns, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with trends in K-12 education technology and special education to provide informed support.
Requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Experience in education technology implementation or working in a K-12 school district setting (e.g., instructional coaching, IT support, special education support).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to guide non-technical users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to engage educators and school leaders.
- Understanding of Special Education needs and how technology can support diverse learners (preferred but not required).
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to support fast-growing educational programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple school partnerships simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training and support.
