Your Opportunity

We are looking for our newest Office Administrator to join our head office based in Darra. In this role you will ensure the efficient facilities management and working environment of our office by providing administrative and office support functions.

This is a fulltime, permanent position working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm in the office.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Perform reception duties – answering calls and routing queries, receiving visitors to site
  • Mailroom services including receipt and sorting of mail and parcels
  • General office support – set up meeting rooms, ordering catering, ensuring kitchens are stocked daily, ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinating office maintenance and managing contractors conducting these works
  • Providing support to the Office Manager/Senior Executive Assistant, as required
  • Processing of all office related invoices via SAP/CAAPS workflow system
  • Assist in function and event coordination

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Knowledge of facilities management legislation (desired)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to be proactive and multi-task
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and have excellent time management skills
  • Proven accounting SAP/CAAPS experience (desired)
