Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers and leadership on various departmental projects, including product enhancements, special initiatives, and intellectual property oversight.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our overseas manufacturers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication regarding project updates, packaging requirements, and specifications.
- Identify and address project challenges to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes.
- Keep the launch calendar and product log current, partnering with Product Development Managers to monitor project timelines.
- Coordinate and manage sample requests for sales teams, marketing activities, and photoshoots.
- Oversee product development initiatives from conception to completion for retail products as requested by the sales team.
- Exhibit robust project management skills with meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods development, including experience with international vendors across various time zones.
- Knowledge or experience in the medical device sector is advantageous.
