This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at our client located in Durban. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training programs.

- Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge
- Benefits Administration proficiency
- Training experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
