Job Description
- Create compelling and brand-consistent TikTok videos that connect with the target audience.
- Keep up with the latest trends, challenges, sounds, and hashtags on TikTok to produce timely and relevant content that supports the brand’s objectives.
- Confident on-camera presence with excellent presentation skills
- Served as a video talent for multiple projects
- Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages, and actively participating in TikTok challenges or trends, fostering a loyal online community.
- Utilize TikTok analytics and other tools to measure post performance, track metrics like views, engagement, follower growth, and campaign success, and refine strategies based on the data.
- Ensure all TikTok content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and identity.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators on TikTok to expand brand visibility, co-create content, and manage partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media specialist, especially TikTok platform.
- Strong understanding of video content marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective content strategies
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative partnership initiatives.
- Related exposure in financial companies or having a broad-knowledge of financial services is preferred.
