Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Card Processing: Verify authenticity of applications and required documents.
• Debit Card Processing: Ensure timely embossing and issuance of cards via Misys system as per SLA.
• Card Issuance & Replacement: Manage supplementary, reissuance, and replacement requests in the Card Management System (HPS – Power Card).
• Card Blocking/Cancellation: Process requests based on valid client or branch submissions.
• Transaction Settlement: Reconcile credit card transactions and settlement accounts with Network International reports.
• Card Renewals: Process monthly credit card renewals and dispatch to branches.
• Debit Card Settlement: Review and reconcile Base II files from Network International.
• UAESWITCH Transactions: Monitor and settle daily transactions from UAESWITCH System.
