Job Description

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet business goals, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and coordinate with teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • What You’ll Do Break down marketing briefs into actionable tasks and assign them to the team. Track progress, follow up on deadlines, and manage any delays. Conduct the first review of completed tasks to ensure quality and alignment. Organize and lead team meetings to discuss priorities and execution. Optimize workflows, improve time management, and enhance efficiency. Prepare and analyze marketing reports to drive data-informed decisions. Work cross-functionally with different departments to align marketing efforts.

Requirements

1:2 years of experience in project management or marketing coordination.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources effectively.

Experience with task management tools.

PMP Certification is a plus!

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
