In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC’s values and contribute to its success.
Key Responsibilities
Nationalisation Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies focused on increasing the hiring of Saudi nationals in line with nationalisation goals (Nitaqat, Saudisation, etc.).
- Collaborate with leadership to define key nationalisation targets and align recruitment efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for attracting and retaining top-tier, experienced Saudi talent through strategic partnerships, outreach programs, and innovative talent acquisition initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Leverage various sourcing channels, including local job boards, university alumni and professional networks, to attract high-quality Saudi candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including LoS TA leads and teams, HCBL’s,partners and hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and offer recruitment solutions.
- Provide expert advice to leadership on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices specific to the KSA market.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools and HR technology to monitor and analyze recruitment trends, pipelines, and nationalisation efforts.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior management, recommending improvementsÂ
- Track and report on progress toward nationalisation objectives, identifying gaps and suggesting corrective actions to meet goals.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Regularly track, report, and present recruitment metrics to senior management, including progress on nationalisation objectives and diversity initiatives.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice for Saudi nationals by enhancing the employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to increase awareness of the company and its commitment to nationalisation and the development of Saudi talent.
