Plant Engineer

Food Manufacturing Plant is hiring – Plant Engineer

Responsibilities

• :Oversee the plant’s technical and engineering systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• .Lead engineering projects and process improvements to boost efficiency and output
• .Drive procurement and integration of new equipment and production lines
• .Collaborate with suppliers locally and internationally
• .Reduce downtime and malfunctions through performance improvements
• .Establish and manage a technical warehouse
• .Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• .Create operational procedures and performance metrics for the maintenance team

.Requirements

• :B.Sc. in Electrical & Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – Required
• .Experience with ERP maintenance management systems
• .Strong MS Office skills
• .Proficiency in English
• .Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the industry
• .Certified Electrician license
• .Knowledge of technical warehouse management systems
• .Background in HVAC and refrigeration – Advantage
• .Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry – Advantage
