Role : Executive Domestics Logistics

Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate and manage domestic transportation of goods, ensuring
timely deliveries.
? Track shipments and provide real-time updates to relevant
stakeholders.
? Maintain and update logistics records, reports, and documentation.
? Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve
delivery issues.
? Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining service
levels.
? Handle invoice verification, payments, and vendor reconciliation.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements.
? Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Key Skills & Requirements:
? 1-4 years of experience in domestic logistics or supply chain operations.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
? Strong communication and coordination skills.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges efficiently.
? Basic knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (preferred).
? Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
? Knowledge of ERP systems or logistics software (optional but preferred).
