Remote Project Manager with Agile Leadership

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead and oversee pivotal task assignments in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Assume complete responsibility for the project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality results.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors, to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors, fostering adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors each month.
• Lead transformative initiatives aimed at system consolidation and operational efficiency, enhancing data quality and service delivery.
• Implement robust quality assurance strategies to uphold superior standards across all deliverables.
• Articulate effectively through both written and verbal communication, aligning team and client objectives.

Required Skills

• Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master).
• Proven experience in managing projects of comparable size and complexity (minimum of 5 years).
• Hands-on expertise in a continuous integration and DevOps environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing performance-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with systems that support extensive user bases and operational demands.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
