Job Description
Research current products and component supplies. Work closely with strategic partners to identify, test and approve
alternate supply channels. Role may also involve light design work related to modifications to surface treatments and
coatings to improve anti-stick properties of steel surfaces. Role may also involve efforts to coordinate testing and
approvals with FDA.

Candidate Requirements
Self-starter, hands on, clear communicator, strong mechanical aptitude, desire/curiosity for materials, interaction of
materials, coatings and surface treatments. Student must have a desire for troubleshooting, ability to create test plans
to prove hypothesis and to develop test reports and presentations along with the ability to clearly report out on test
results and recommendations to executive leadership.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, proficient understanding of materials, including ceramics,
metal to polymer bonds, able to read chemical compounds, Microsoft Office. Programming skills (C, C++,.NET, VB) and
FEA a plus but not necessary. Able to independently make calls and lead meetings with partners to ensure delivery
dates are met.
