Job Profile : Account Assistant
Location : Ahmedabad
Qualification : Bcom / MCom
Experience : 1-3 Years
Salary : 15-20K CTC Per Month

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Tasks:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, data reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in generating reports.
HR Payroll Tasks
- Support the HR team in payroll preparation, including salary calculations, leave adjustments, and ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Assist in preparing and verifying payroll reports and related documentation.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage day-to-day administrative work, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.
- Perform advanced Excel-based tasks, including data entry, reporting, and application of formulas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless administrative and HR operations.
