Job Responsibilities
IMS Documentation as per required standards of ISO, EHS, ENV
To Analyse NDT inspection report to go next level.
Plan to preparing QAP, Work Instruction, Procedure, Material specifications, Test Procedure, etc.
NCR generation & communication with internal/external technical team
Recording of day to day activities and report to superior.
Weekly and monthly report preparation for defect analysis and cost of poor quality.
Have to Solve the problem related to product and process.
Should have experience of NDT calibration block preparation for different types of parts inspection.
Define repair procedure/process for every defects of product. Inspect the repair quality of the blade and prefab parts.
Quality checks for Blade shells preparation, bonding & checking of the finished blade.
Plan to Measurement of rotor blade Leading edge, trailing edge and Tip profile & matching.
Prepare Plan for Raw material inspection.
Maintain the quality of incoming, in process & final finished products within the defined standards.
Data recording of the product details.
Quality tools for problem solving and root cause analysis.
Dimensional, Visual & curing Inspection/verification of composites parts.
Prepare control plan in coming, in process and final inspection.
Arrange for Product details measurement at every stages of blade manufacturing by using various tools like, WFT, DFT, Roughness, Gloss & Bonding adhesion, etc.
Skills & Competencies Required
Inspection of wind turbine rotor blades & composite parts. Experience of defect identification, repair procedure
NDT inspection of composite parts and Level 2 certified
Weighing, balancing & set formation for wind mil rotor blades.
Sawing and Drilling operation and inspection of critical parameters during prototype as well as during serial production.
VARIM and HLU process.
Blade shells bonding & experience of quality of the finished blade.
Measurement of wind turbine rotor blade Leading edge, trailing edge and Tip profile measurement as well as matching.
Raw material (Glass fabric, Resin System, Adhesives, Paint, balsa PVC foam and Metal parts) inspection.
Audit facing for IMS (ISO, EHS, ENV) and third party of customer inspection RITES, TUV or DNV.
Operating Muffle furnace, Heating oven, viscometer and DSC machine for glass transition temperature measurement.
IMS Documentation as per required standards of ISO, EHS, ENV.
Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power point and ERP/SAP QM Production module.
Lead / Internal auditor certification IMS is added advantage
Education & Experience
B. Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE.B Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Polymer / CIPET
