Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests from check-in to departure with a warm and professional approach.
  • Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping & Maintenance teams to maintain immaculate rooms and suites.
  • Maintain daily communication with Housekeeping and F&B teams to fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle special requests, reservations, and itinerary planning for guests.
  • Oversee room preparations to ensure a flawless arrival experience.
  • Promote in-house dining and boutique experiences to enhance guest stays.
  • Assist with restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and transportation.
  • Support the Food & Beverage team to cater to guest preferences seamlessly.
  • Stay updated on guest preferences, events, and property offerings.
  • Coordinate with other departments for guest-related requests and issue resolution.
  • Provide training support to junior team members when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of 1year in a similar position, preferable in luxury hotel/restaurant environment
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Organized and well planned
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude
