Job Overview
Navneet Education Limited is seeking an International Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a strategic professional to drive international sales and expand our stationery products global footprint, specifically in African and UAE markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Export sales, distributor development and management, and international marketing.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in export sales with a successful track record in driving international business growth and building robust export strategies in Africa and UAE markets.
- Strong distributor management skills including overseeing international distributor partnerships and enhancing channel effectiveness.
- Expertise in channel sales with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrated business development acumen with the capability to identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships globally.
- Extensive experience in international sales with specific focus on Africa and Middle East markets, leveraging market insights to capitalize on opportunities.
- Carry out Gap Analysis & prepare Market Survey report
- Manage and lead all new inquiries/buying trips activities with help of MSG, PD & Creative team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills enabling effective business interactions and relationship-building with international partners.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop Navneets brand distribution business in Africa and Middle East.
- Manage distributors across assigned territory.
- Represent Navneets International business in front of customer during fairs, and customer meetings and visits.
- Have a complete control on order execution and coordinate with each of the teams involved.
- Prepare report of market research report and review the same every buying season.
