Job Overview

We are seeking an Analytics & Insights Tech Lead to join our team in Gurgaon. In this full-time role, you will leverage your expertise to lead complex analyses and develop insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to influence Google’s operations and performance.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven expertise in SQL for querying databases, analyzing datasets, and working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights (Mandatory skill).
• Solid experience with business intelligence tools and techniques to enable decision-making and track key performance indicators (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated experience in people management to lead and develop a high-performing analytics team effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data effectively and efficiently.
• Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
• Expertise in data analytics, able to translate complex data into actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis.
• Experience in data engineering, including data architecture, for seamless data integration across various sources.
• Familiarity with building data pipelines to automate data flow, facilitating the analysis and reporting processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address strategic business questions using data analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and contribute to the enhancement of reporting systems.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their analytical skills and career growth within the organization.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of data by implementing best practices in data governance and data management.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
