The Recruiter at VCATCH will play a key role in talent acquisition, specifically tailored for various industries we serve. This full-time, junior position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience and is based in our Bangalore headquarters. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop talent pipelines, leveraging advanced recruiting tools and techniques.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates effectively and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong interviewing techniques that assess candidates’ suitability and cultural fit within the organization (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage applications smoothly and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Competency in Boolean Search Techniques for precision in sourcing the best talent suitable for each role.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure a balanced and equitable hiring process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management skills to maintain active engagement with prospected and potential candidates.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven recruiting approaches to make informed hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and develop relevant recruitment plans.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various industries.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate applicants’ eligibility and suitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities within the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity within the recruitment process.
  • Create and manage a talent pipeline to anticipate future hiring needs and expedite the recruitment cycle.
  • Employ data analytics to optimize the recruitment process, tracking key metrics and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies during all recruitment activities.
