Job Description

We are looking for a creative, self-driven, and highly organized account manager to nurture customer relationships, drive account growth, and ensure customer success. You will act as the primary contact for existing customers, helping them maximize value from our solutions while identifying upselling and retention opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets within your assigned accounts.
  • Learn and sell multiple SaaS (cloud) products across domains such as CRM, Collaboration, and HR.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations with customers, demonstrating deep product and domain knowledge.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
  • Ensure timely responses to product demonstrations and pre-sales inquiries.
  • Work closely with technical consultants and sales teams to expand customer accounts.
  • Manage renewals and retention efforts, proactively addressing potential churn risks.
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Information Systems, IT Applications Development, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS/software sales or B2B account management.
  • Strong proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
