Job Overview
We’re seeking a TGT Biology Teacher for our Podar International School in Davanagere. This is a full-time, mid-level position perfectly tailored for educators passionate about biology and focused on imparting knowledge in a dynamic environment. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Education and TGT qualifications, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching biology at the secondary school level.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in teaching biology at a secondary school, demonstrating knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogy.
- Lesson Planning (Mandatory skill) enabling structured and efficient delivery of educational content through detailed and interactive lesson plans.
- Bachelor’s in Education (B.ed) (Mandatory skill) required to ensure a pedagogically sound teaching approach.
- Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) certification (Mandatory skill) to meet the eligibility criteria for teaching secondary school students.
- Proficient in Classroom Management to maintain a harmonious and conducive learning environment.
- Skillful in Student Assessment to track and evaluate student progress, understanding, and performance effectively.
- Experienced in utilizing Science Laboratory Procedures to conduct practical experiments and enrich theoretical concepts.
- Familiar with Educational Technology Tools for enhancing interactive teaching and learning experiences in the class.
