Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of project schedules, considering resource allocation, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with scheduling objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively address scheduling conflicts to mitigate risks
  • Facilitate regular project scheduling meetings to review timelines, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while scheduling project activities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on project schedule performance to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and the implementation of best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior scheduling staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in project scheduling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Advanced certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project scheduling within the Airports industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex project schedules and delivering projects on time
  • Proven experience in utilizing project management tools and software to optimize scheduling processes
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
