As an Event Finance Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in settling shows, managing budgets, and ensuring that all financial aspects of our events are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Settlements: Work directly with artists, promoters, and vendors to settle financial aspects of each show, including payments, fees, and expenses.
• Budget Management: Assist in creating, tracking, and managing event budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are adhered to throughout the production process.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports for events, ensuring accuracy in accounting and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with talent buyers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth financial operations before, during, and after events.
• Financial Troubleshooting: Address any discrepancies or issues related to financial settlements quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Passion for live music and the entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Experience with financial settlement processes in live event production (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with artists, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
