Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement persuasive messaging and design materials that support our advocacy efforts.
- Create public education campaign strategies, including comprehensive social media toolkits and outreach initiatives.
- Transform complex data into engaging graphics and accessible written content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test educational resources.
- Oversee communications for legislative campaigns, managing relationships with contractors and coalition partners.
- Produce high-quality digital and print materials such as brochures, reports, and social media content while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage and organize design projects and resources using tools like Asana, maintaining a well-structured media library.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management and graphic design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Canva.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and accessibility best practices in design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns from conception to completion.
- Experience in maintaining and evolving brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
- A passion for nonprofit work and an interest in renewable energy initiatives are highly valued.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: \(65,000 – \)75,000 per year.
- Health Insurance: 85% employer-covered for employees and dependents.
Paid Time Off
