• Manage, install, and configure reporting platform BI (Business Intelligence) software as per requirement.
• Handling the request for data extraction from the business and operation team through MIS.
• Manage the existing reporting service and customization.
• Gathering the requirements and analysis.
• Design a new query/report template and deploy it to the reporting system as per requirement from Integration or a third-party system.
• Follow SIT, and UAT processes and prepare documentation or guidelines.
• Manage user access rights and role matrix of the reporting system.
• Enhancement of the security or patch updating of all reporting platforms.
• Implement the backup and restoration plan for all reporting packages.
• Support new projects as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• At least two years of experience in managing reporting platforms or other systems with Bank/MFI.
• Familiar with Reporting Studio, Jasper, and Python analytics.
• Knowledge of T24 Core Banking System.
• Good experience with SQL, PLSQL, ORACLE, and JBOSS is a plus.
• A strong desire to work in a team.
• High initiative, commitment, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication – written and oral communication skills
