We’re looking for a results-driven SDR/BDR Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Sales Development team.This is a high-impact role where you will own the SDR/BDR strategy, outbound process, pipeline generation, and team growth, playing a critical part in our go-to-market success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of 4 SDRs/BDRs, ensuring they hit and exceed their targets.
- Scale the Team: Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs as we grow across the US and Tel Aviv.
- Build & Optimize the Outbound Process: Develop and implement a scalable outbound sales strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth
- Tech Stack Ownership: Identify, implement, and optimize the best tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Messaging & Playbooks: Develop cadences, scripts, and outreach templates to improve prospecting success.
- Coaching & Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, role-playing sessions, and provide ongoing feedback to elevate performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize lead flow and reporting.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track key KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and optimize based on insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR leadership role, preferably in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech environment.
- Proven success in hiring, coaching, and scaling SDR teams.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting, sales engagement tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong experience in building outbound playbooks, messaging strategies, and lead generation processes.
- Ability to evaluate and implement the best tech stack to support SDR efficiency.
- Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, sales development KPIs, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
