Job Description

Your day to day will include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and understanding the purchase order process
  • Performing credit card reconciliations and Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Issuing withholding tax certificates for international suppliers
  • Aging supplier accounts

You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • at least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper
  • Experience in the high-tech industry is a significant advantage
  • Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 – Must
  • Proficiency with NetSuite – Must
  • Strong Excel skills -Must
  • You’re detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
