What You’ll Do: Process orders, invoices and check-in cars sold into the company’s internal system.Customer Care: Answer to requests about information and documentation ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Document Dynamo: Handle a variety of tasks like filling, maintaining records and creating documents that matter.Problem-Solving Superhero: Tackle challenges head on, from juggling multiple tasks to troubleshooting logistical issues.Team Support: Assist colleagues with projects and administrative needs.What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in similar roles.A proactive thinker: You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude who anticipates needs before they arise.Tech-savvy: Comfortable with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new tools.Strong communicator: Clear, concise and confident in both written and verbal communication.Higher education is preferable but not exclusive.Fluent in English is essential.Why You’ll Love It Here: Growth opportunities: We’re committed to helping you grow both personally and professionally.
