To strategically identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent in Product, Engineering and SaaS domains through sourcing techniques, advanced automation, and comprehensive talent mapping strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand nuanced role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies
  • Utilize multichannel sourcing approaches, including:
  • Job Posting Platforms
  • Professional networking platforms
  • Automated candidate discovery tools
  • Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition campaigns targeting niche technology professionals
  • Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms
  • Implement and optimize automated sourcing workflows using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
  • Generate detailed candidate insights and recruitment performance metrics
  • Mentor junior sourcing team members and establish best practices
  • Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates effectively.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and Similar Platforms
  • Boolean search techniques
  • Automation tools (e.g. Gem, Lever, HireEZ)
  • AI-powered sourcing platforms
  • Data mining and scraping technologies
  • Strong understanding of Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with machine learning-based candidate matching algorithms
  • Expertise with Product, SaaS and Engineering Talents Sourcing only

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-6 years of professional sourcing experience in technology sectors
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting in Product, Engineering, and SaaS domains
  • Certification in advanced recruiting technologies (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Technical Domain Expertise
  • Deep understanding from Product companies recruitment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Engineering talent acquisition
  • Specialized insights into SaaS industry talent landscape
