Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive headhunting activities on various job portals to identify potential candidates.
  • Approach and engage with candidates, promoting opportunities in both IT and non-IT field.
  • Manage the application process, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering tests as needed.
  • Create comprehensive shortlists for client consideration.
  • Request and verify candidate references to ensure suitability for the position.
  • Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits to generate interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews according to client requests.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates on interview outcomes.
  • Collect feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing agreements between clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ENGLISH is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in headhunting (both IT and non-IT roles).
  • Experience handling international clients.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 360° recruitment experience would be great (nice to have).
  • Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client and candidate relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and eagerness to learn.
