What You’re Applying For
Mixtiles spends over $40M annually on paid media, reaching over 100M people across multiple channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, TV, Influencers). We’re seeking exceptional talent to help us shape our creative vision, do remarkable work, and have fun while we’re at it.
We’re looking for an inspiring Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team and drive growth across all our paid channels. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate with the world and in creating a lasting impact on our brand.
In This Role, You’ll
- Lead the creative execution of all customer-facing communication.
- Produce world-class content at scale across our marketing channels.
- Create ads that are inspiring and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other functions within Mixtiles, working within business briefs and brand guidelines.
- Build an all-star creative team with all core functions.
What We’re Looking For
A first principle creative thinker
- Ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate it into simple, clear, and good vibes creative on any platform
- High standards in copywriting, clarity, and aesthetics
