• DCH – Travel: MS/Tele Cardiac 6N
• Must be willing to float to units/hospitals
• Will accept 36 or 48 hours / week.
• Our Cardiac Medical Unit is 42-bed unit, concentrating on Cardiac Telemetry.
• Nurses in this area have a 1:6 ratio and provide unparalleled care to predominately cardiac patients requiring treatment for chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, or other various cardiac arrhythmias.
• In addition, this unit will further provide care to a variety of medical patients with pneumonia, GI issues, COPD, diabetes, and occasional stroke, as well as surgical patients.
• Our dedicated team of nursing and ancillary staff provide patient-centered care to support each specialized patient’s recovery with the goal of reaching optimal patient outcomes for all.

Job Requirements

• Education – Required: Associated degree in nursing
• Experience – Required: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
• Licenses – Required: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact NURSYS
