What’s the opportunity?

As a Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating visually compelling and user-friendly content that significantly enhances the online learning experience. Your creativity and design expertise will be key in producing engaging graphics, templates, and study aids that not only align with the visual identity of various educational partnerships but also elevate the overall quality of our e-learning content.

You will play an active role in the conceptual and visual development of new projects, ensuring every visual asset adds educational value and creates an immersive learning environment. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that the content is consistent, branded, and of the highest standard, making a direct impact on learners’ engagement and success.

What does success look like?

  • Creating new content such as infographics, PDF study guides and other visual materials to support online learning
  • Collaborate with visual designers and the E-Learning Team to maintain consistency and high-quality output
  • Contribute to the conceptual and visual development of online learning modules and other projects
  • Manage the workflow of visual assets across multiple partnerships to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop content templates that align with brand guidelines and feedback from senior staff and external partners

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory and layout
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with UX principles to improve user engagement
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency across projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of brand guidelines and how to apply them across various projects
  • Understanding of digital content production processes, particularly within an educational setting

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics
  • Knowledge of video editing software
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and how visual content integrates into them
  • Previous experience in an educational or e-learning environment
