Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue and headcount growth through effective personnel management and optimized workflows.
  • Collaborate in formulating a regional business growth strategy that aligns with the company’s wider objectives.
  • Supervise team leads and manage the recruiting and client solutions teams to ensure high performance and cultural fit.
  • Enhance operational processes to achieve maximum efficiency and meet business targets, including: conducting regular standups, weekly meetings, and monthly performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the outputs of the recruiting and client solutions teams within your division.
  • Work cross-departmentally to meet organizational needs in areas such as marketing, talent acquisition, financial reporting, and training.
  • Drive initiatives to bolster divisional financial outcomes through informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the recruiting and client services teams, facilitating effective communication and quality service delivery.
  • Assist with internal hiring efforts and provide support during the onboarding of new team members.
  • Communicate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities regularly with senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to shape business strategies.

Qualifications
