Virtual Assistant for a Lighting Solutions Supplier in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

The company is an industry leading supplier of professional lighting solutions. Their experienced team have delivered thousands of successful lighting installations across multiple industry sectors.

Job Description

• Accurately enter and update itemized quote data within the client’s CRM system.
• Edit and refine product descriptions for enhanced clarity and accuracy.
• Create, edit, and format professional PDF files.
• Organize, label, and file PDF documents for easy retrieval and access.
• Prepare and publish compelling proposals to clients.
• Perform basic image editing tasks such as color adjustment, cropping, and resizing to enhance visual appeal.

Must Haves

• 5 years of relevant work experience in a support role
• Highly productive and efficient
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Google Docs (Google Slides)
• Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop or similar tool
• Experience in using any CRM
• Should be willing to work full time – 8 hours a day – Australia shift
• Willing to start immediately
