We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a reputable advertising agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for senior management.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support office operations, ensuring supplies and administrative functions are well-maintained.
- Assist in planning company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in advertising or creative industries.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
