We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a reputable advertising agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support office operations, ensuring supplies and administrative functions are well-maintained.
  • Assist in planning company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in advertising or creative industries.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
