Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in ZEKE batch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a keen interest in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ZEKE batch operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batch operations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize batch processing workflows.
- Provide regular updates and reports on batch operation performance and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all batch operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new batch processing procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of batch operations to identify and address potential risks.
- Support the continuous improvement of batch operation processes through feedback and innovation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all batch operation activities and changes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on ZEKE batch operations and best practices.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for batch operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on batch operation goals and priorities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable and efficient batch processing.
Qualifications
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in ZEKE batch operations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show a keen interest in Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Certifications Required
Certified ZEKE Batch Operator Insurance Industry Certification (nice to have)
