Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy to support business objectives.
- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, security, and development teams.

- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in software development or technology-driven companies.
- Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in hybrid work environments and managing remote teams is a plus.
