WHAT YOU GET:

• Compensation Package: $45,000 – $65,000
• Salary: $45,000 – $60,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weekly Support/Challenge visits and seasonal evaluations
• Building relationships and skill/career development for our team
• Scheduling
• Recruiting oversight and final hiring decisions
• Curriculum management
• Retreat, seasonal meetings, and workshops

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• College level playing or coaching experience
• Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
• Experience coaching the ‘Soccer Shots Way’
