- Analyse programme performance and metrics to provide solutions to optimise overall programme output
- Work with stakeholders to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts ambitions
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, revenue, and operation teams to ensure all execution are completed successfully
- Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets
- Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy for programme
- Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in the e-Commerce industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently
- Proven track record in program management and effective cross-functional collaboration, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and sound judgment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in working with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is a plus, though not a requirement
