Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Operations & Execution

  • Assist in implementing recruitment plans to meet hiring needs.
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment requirements and facilitating new hire integration.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases) to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.

3. Team Supervision & Development

  • Manage and oversee up to 2 team members, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance monitoring.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to improve team effectiveness.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

4. Employer Branding Support

  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to promote job opportunities and attract candidates.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment marketing campaigns, job fairs, and online hiring events.

5. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide suggestions to improve hiring processes and efficiency.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare recruitment reports on hiring progress and key metrics.
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools to analyze hiring performance and trends.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Support HR and TA leadership in executing recruitment-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Experience in managing up to 2 team members.
  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English (Required).
  • Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
