Job Description
Our first brand ”Somethinc” was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales activities in offline channels (Stores & Events).
- Ensuring that stock requirements for Stores and Events are met.
- Conducting stock forecasting for the needs of Stores and Events.
- Responsible for the offline sales targets set.
- Creating brand planograms for the needs of Stores & Events.
- Visit several store area to do monitoring sales and running campaign promotion.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any related major.
- Minimum 1 year experience in merchandising/relationship management.
- Excellent business development, client development, and relationship building with a service mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong in strategic planning, data analysis, negotiation and collaboration
- Willing to full WFO at Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
