Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provides consumers with supervision and utilizes crisis intervention as needed
- Assists consumers with the completion of their activities of daily living skills and monitors the self-administration of prescribed medication
- Facilitates a variety of social, recreational, and therapeutic groups and activities with consumers
- Implements the treatment plan and provides the appropriate staff with input to develop and follow prescribed plans
- Must be able to adhere to the program’s documentation guidelines and provide accurate information as required
- Conducts fire drills on a monthly basis and assists in the maintenance of the group home, reporting any issues to program management
Qualifications
- BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
- BA in an unrelated field with three years of experience with adolescents in a behavior health agency or institutional setting
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license

- Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm
- Sunday through Thursday, 3pm-11pm
- Monday through Friday, 12pm-8pm
