Job Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to keep timelines and budgets on track.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
