Job Responsibility

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics) to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and resource allocations throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Engagement & Nutritional Consultation

  • Serve as the primary liaison for OEM clients, especially within the food nutrition and health sectors.
  • Provide technical guidance and nutritional insights to ensure products meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and nutritional standards (e.g., ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including any changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Educational Background & Experience

  • Bachelorâs degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 yearsâ experience in project coordination, ideally within OEM manufacturing, food nutrition, or the health & wellness sectors.
  • Advanced certifications or coursework in nutritional science, food safety, or quality management are highly desirable.

Technical & Nutritional Expertise

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and nutritional guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate nutritional principles into product development and project planning.
  • Proficiency in project management software and related tools.
