We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of reports while providing valuable insights to improve operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate accurate reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with different departments to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating and reconciling information.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear format.
  • Experience working in outsourcing or consulting industries is a plus.
