Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars and correspondence.
- Coordinate catering and lunch orders for both departmental and company-wide gatherings.
- Oversee the acquisition of company gift cards, swag, and office supplies.
- Manage scheduling and reservations for conference rooms.
- Assist with access control and the administration of parking policies.
- Support organizational tasks during office remodels and renovations.
- Lead the planning and execution of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate company events, including seasonal parties and team-building activities.
- Ensure departmental budgets are adhered to for various initiatives.
- Organize and submit expense receipts to the Accounting department.
- Offer administrative assistance to senior management and team members as required.
- Cultivate positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the formulation and refinement of administrative policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on various projects as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office/Event Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity; experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse individuals and groups.
- Demonstrated initiative and capability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position with standard office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Flexibility may be required based on project timelines, with occasional overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds may be necessary.
- Onsite presence is required four days a week.
