Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing needs with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives related to purchasing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and vendor management tools.
  • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
