Job Description
A leading afterschool learning center is looking for a dynamic and results-driven student recruitment associate with a strong background in sales, marketing, and student recruitment within the education industry. As an student recruitment associate, you will play a vital role in providing academic counseling, driving student enrolments, and executing sales strategies to increase admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students on academic programs, admissions procedures, and program options.
- Convert inquiries into enrolments through proactive engagement via phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain and update the student database to track leads and conversions.
? Sales & Marketing
- Generate leads through direct marketing, cold calling, and networking.
- Focuses on conversion of leads to students, student management support and upselling to higher programs.
- Conduct sales presentations and participate in exhibitions, recruitment fairs, and promotional events.
- Develop relationships with parents, students, educational agents, corporate clients, and partner institutions.
? Academic & Customer Support
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
- Provide individualized academic counseling to students and their families
- Assess students’ academic strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized study plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide an optimal learning environment
- Monitor student academic progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, marketing, sales or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or academic counseling within the education industry.
- Skills:
- Proven sales & marketing expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the school curriculum taught in Dubai (UK, IB and American curriculum)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to conduct cold calling, B2B/B2C sales, and lead conversion.
